共享发展是以人民为中心的发展,是基于对西方发展理论的反思并根植于中国历史政治脉络和现实需要而提出的。当代社会工作的宏观使命是关注社会问题、坚持分配正义并反思新自由主义带来的负面社会结果,这与共享发展理念具有高度的契合性。因此,共享发展可以作为中国宏观社会工作的时代取向,目标是建构一个共享发展型社会。共享发展型社会的组成要素是共建共享共富的价值观、包容性经济增长、发展型社会政策和泛利性治理结构。

The belief of shared development is a key concept for China's development in the new era,which is rooted in Chinese political history and reality,and based on the critical reflection on western development theory. The macro mission of contemporary social work aims to focus on social problems,challenge neo-liberalism and advocate for distributive justice,which is consistent with the core ideas of shared development. The shared developmental society consists of common development value,an inclusive economic growth,developmental social policy,and encompassing governance framework.
