摘要
城市开敞空间破碎、特色风貌缺失等问题使得编制总体城市设计的需求逐渐增加。何时开展、如何开展、开展何种的总体城市设计等问题接踵而至,并成为城市设计研究的重要问题。本文从编制时机和导控时段的角度阐述总体城市设计编制的"时",从导控内容和导控途径的角度阐述总体城市设计编制的"效",试图将总体城市设计的编制融于新的时代背景、发展趋势和实施效果。
The requirements of drawing up urban master design is increasing gradually due to series of urban spatial problems,such as urban identity crisis,the broken system of open space,and so on.When,how,what kinds of urban master design followed are the key to the question.Therefore,this paper relates the time of urban master design from the points of view of both opportunity and time.Moreover,the aspects of control contents,factors,and production forms are illustrated in order to subject to the new time,trend and implement effect.
