摘要
本文以深圳市岗厦村河园片区改造为案例,通过对改造历程中方案演化过程和实施方案的时空比较,分析其中城市设计控制理念的演进和空间要素控制的实施状况,剖析深圳市城市更新实操过程中影响空间控制实效的主要因素,以及面临的关键性问题。
This study based on one case of urban renewal area in Gangxia village, Heyuan subdistrict. With the space-time comparison of the evolutionary process of the planning with the final implementation plan, first, the paper analyzes the development of the controlling conception of urban design and the implementation situation of spatial controlling factors, then dissects the main factors which influence the spatial controlling in the urban renewal activities of Shen Zhen, in the end, also finds some key problems that we may confront with in the future.
