摘要 社会转型和设计教育的变革,以及设计学成为一级学科,对设计教育者提出了更高的要求和新的挑战。本文从设计教育改革的背景、人才培养模式的相关问题思考以及人才培养模式改革的组织方法展开探讨,以江南大学设计学院"121整合创新人才培养模式"为例,从培养体系构建、课程内涵建设、培养方式等方面探讨了人才培养模式改革的相关问题。
