摘要 嵌合抗原受体T细胞（chimeric antigen receptor T cells,CART）治疗是一种肿瘤特异性T细胞治疗,CART技术是把识别肿瘤细胞特异靶点的功能基因通过基因工程方法改造患者的T淋巴细胞,让T细胞能够识别肿瘤细胞,成为肿瘤特异性T细胞用于肿瘤治疗。
