人类免疫缺陷病毒相关视神经病变发展历程

Development of HIV-associated optic neuropathy

自1981年获得性免疫缺陷综合征(亦称艾滋病)首次报道以来,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)相关视神经病变逐渐被认识,其中相当一部分患者病因不明,随着研究的深入,越来越多的学者认为是HIV相关原发性视神经病变,本文简要介绍HIV相关视神经病变发展历程及相关危险因素。

Since acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （AIDS） was reported for the first time in 1981, HIV- associated ocular complications have been gradually known by people. However, part of etiologies remained unknown. With the development of the study, more and more scholars consider HIV- associated primary optic neuropathy as the etiology. This article introduces the history and related risk factors of HIV-associated optic neuropathy.
