摘要
目的:优选中风通络丸的最佳制备工艺。方法:以中风通络丸丸粒圆整度、溶散时限、成丸率的综合评分为考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法对中风通络丸工艺中药材粉碎度(A)、泛丸时用水量(B)、起模用粉量(C)3个因素进行研究。结果:通过试验优选出中风通络丸的最佳制备工艺为药材粉碎度120目,泛丸时用水量45%,起模用粉量约14%。结论:按优选工艺制备的中风通络丸外观圆整光滑、色泽均匀,溶散时限符合规定,成丸率较高,说明优选的制备工艺科学合理。
Objective: To investigate the optimal preparation process for Zhongfeng Tongluo pills. Methods: With the comprehensive score of roundness,time limit of dissolution,and rate of pill formation as the indicator for investigation,the L9( 3^4) orthogonal design was used to investigate the three factors comminution degree of Chinese medicinal material( A),water consumption during processing( B),and powder consumption during drawing( C) in the processing technique for Zhongfeng Tongluo pills. Results: The optimal preparation process for Zhongfeng Tongluo pills was a comminution degree of Chinese medicinal material of 120 mesh,45% water consumption during processing,and 14% powder consumption during drawing. Conclusion: Zhongfeng Tongluo pills prepared according to the optimal process have a round and smooth appearance,a uniform color,an appropriate time limit of dissolution,and a high rate of pill formation,suggesting that the optimal preparation process is reasonable.
