眼底新生血管中西医治疗进展研究

Advanced research of TCM and western medicine on choroid and retinal neovascularization

眼底新生血管因易致严重的视力下降甚者致盲而成为国内外研究的重点,针对新生血管发挥中医药辨证论治、标本兼治的特色,推进其治疗进展,成为中医眼科学者的努力方向。中西医治疗眼底新生血管各有利弊,现有研究中西医联合的方式更利于新生血管的治疗,故现将当前临床广泛认可的中西医治疗进展与中西医结合治疗的趋势做一综述。

Choroid and retinal neovascularization, due to its ability to easily cause a severe diminution of vision and even blindness, becomes a focus of research at home and abroad, targeting the neovascularization, advancing its treatment with the exertion of the traditional Chinese medicine which is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of both symptoms and root causes has become a goal of the worker of ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine. Western medicine （WM） and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has their own advantages and disadvantages in treating ehoroid and retinal neovascularization, thus, a study on the combined treatment of WM and TCM can be more beneficial to the treatment of choroid and retinal neovascularization, thus, the current progress of the treatment of WM widely approved by the clinic and TCM and the trend of combined treatment of WM and TCM have been reviewed.
