摘要
针对高速动车组用制动夹钳国产化进行了研究,提出在制动气缸内部设置增力杠杆的设计结构,通过对比试验验证所开发制动夹钳各项指标均可与进口紧凑式夹钳匹配,达到了替代进口产品的目标。
Aiming at the localization of brake calipers for high speed EMUs, the proposed design structure integrates a reinforcement lever inside the brake cylinder. Comparative test and verification test indicate that each technical parameter of the newly developed brake caliper matches that of the imported compact caliper, therefore, the new calipers can be used to supersede the imported products.
