应以生物-心理-社会模式全面分析持续气道正压通气依从性的影响因素 被引量:5

摘要 持续气道正压通气(CPAP)作为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的首选治疗广泛应用于临床,但其依从性并不理想。影响依从性的因素包括疾病和治疗因素,并涉及心理和社会因素等,因此,针对每一个体,应基于生物-心理.社会(BPS)模式进行全面分析,提出应对的整合策略。对于包括OSAHS在内的各种慢性病来说,整合策略对提高治疗依从性至关重要,其效能如古希腊哲学家亚里斯多德所言“整体大于各部分相加之和”。
