摘要
预制装配式建筑的设计和建造过程与一般建筑有很大区别,对各专业和各阶段间的信息传递和交互提出了更高的要求。从BIM标准建立的角度解决预制装配式建筑设计阶段信息交换困难的问题,在预制装配式建筑的BIM设计标准框架的基础上,对信息范围、信息深度、信息交换流程等进行严格定义,为预制装配式建筑产业链的信息有效沟通提供路径。
The design and building processes of PC building are differed from traditional building in higher standards of information delivery and exchange among disciplines and phases. This paper tries to solve information exchange problem in design phases of PC building by establishing Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, and defines information range, information depth, and information exchange process strictly based on BIM design standard frame of PC building to find a method for achieving effective communication in PC building industry.
