摘要
北京某住宅小区机电管线施工中,在工程中引入BIM技术,解决了由于设计图纸缺陷及各分包单位配合较差,导致管线安装混乱、检修空间狭小,多次返工,造成浪费的现象,提升了工程设计、施工管理的整体水平。
Based on practical engineering cases, the application of BIM technique could solve the problems caused by defects on design drawing and ineffective cooperation among different disciplines, such as confused pipeline installation, narrow maintenance space, frequent reworking and waste of resources, etc. The general levels of engineering design and construction management were successfully improved.
