助产专业大专学生临床实习质量评价指标体系的构建 被引量:14

摘要 目的构建助产专业大专学生临床实习质量评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法,选取助产专业教育者、三级甲等医院产科护士长、工作15年以上的中级以上职称助产士共26名,通过2轮咨询确立助产专业大专学生临床实习质量评价指标体系。结果专家咨询的权威系数为0.870,判断系数为0.877,熟悉系数为0.862,指标体系包括一级指标5项,二级指标12项,三级指标35项。最终一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.302、0.673、0.503,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论助产专业大专学生临床实习质量评价指标体系分一、二、三级指标共35项,经检验,专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,可为高校助产专业大专学生临床实习质量的客观评价和教学管理提供量化指标。 Objective To develop clinical internship quality index system for midwifery students. Methods Delphi technique was used to formulate clinical internship quality index system for midwifery students through a two-round expert consultation among 26 midwifery educators,obstetric nursing administrators in hospitals and obstetrics specialized nurses. Results The experts' authority coefficient was 0.870,coefficient of determination was 0.877,and familiar coefficient was 0.862. The index system included 5 first-class indicators,12 second-class indicators and 35 third-class indicators. The coordination coefficients of the three level indicators were 0.302,0.673 and 0.503,respectively. Conclusion The 35-item clinical internship quality index system for midwifery students is reliable and valid,which can provide measurable basis for objective quality evaluation and education management for midwifery students in clinical internship.
