摘要 医用粘胶是用来拉合伤口边缘或将一些外在物品如胶布、敷料、导管、电极片、造口袋等固定于皮肤的产品，在医疗护理环境中被广泛使用的同时．所导致的皮肤损伤却没有引起医务人员的足够重视㈣。新生儿皮肤角质层薄、屏障功能脆弱，医用粘胶若使用不当，在去除粘胶时皮肤表皮层可能会被一起撕除，从而导致疼痛、感染、
