产城融合是城市功能优化和产业发展协同共进与良性互动的动态过程,遵循"影响因素—模型假设—目标函数—机制原理"的技术路线,在产城融合内涵基础上,指出产城融合的影响因素主要包括产业生产要素、经济实力、城市化水平及发展环境四个维度的若干因素,基于产城融合的影响因素构建产城融合作用机制模型,通过模型假设描述、目标函数设定及机制原理阐述说明产城融合的作用机制,分析了诸因素之间存在的影响关系并总结了产城融合的发展应对之策,为探索产城融合的进一步发展提供理论依据。

City- industry integration is a dynamic process of the coordination of urban function optimization and industrial development. This article follows the technical route that is ＂impact factor- model assumptions- objective function- mechanism＂,based on city- industry integration intension,points out the influence factors including production element,economic power,urbanization level and developing environment on the four dimensions and build mechanism model. Through the model assumptions,objective functionand the mechanism principle to elaborate the mechanism of city- industry integration,analyzes the different effects between various factors and sums up the development measures in order to provides the theory basis for the further development of the city- industry integration.
