摘要
在我国经济新常态背景下,一些结构性问题带来的负面影响逐渐显现,并在宏观上影响了我国宏观经济的持续稳定发展。要素价格机制作为市场的重要机制之一,必然会对经济运行的各方面产生深远的影响。从要素价格扭曲的角度切入,分析要素价格扭曲对于不同部门产出和资源配置的影响,在生产函数法、生产结构偏度分析等的基础上构建计量模型,对要素市场扭曲给我国产业结构带来的影响进行了实证分析。为了促进我国产业结构优化,推动经济实现突破性发展,建议放宽对劳动力市场的准入限制,降低资本市场准入门槛,放松对能源价格的管制,推动能源价格市场化。
In the context of China ＇s economic development in the new normal,some of the negative impact caused by structural problems have gradually emerged and affected the sustained and stable development of China＇s macro in the macro. One of the elements of the price mechanism as an important mechanism of the market,would have a profound impact on all aspects of economic operation. From the angle factor price distortions,price distortions for different elements of the analysis sector output and resource allocation impact,based on the production function method,the production structure skewness analysis of the econometric model constructed on the factors market distortion to bring China＇s industrial structure the impact of empirical analysis. In order to promote the optimization of industrial structure,promoting China＇s economic development to achieve a breakthrough in the new normal background,it is recommended to relax the restrictions on access to the labor market,lower capital market access barriers,relaxing price controls on energy,promote energy market prices.
