基于文化产业的舞蹈实践教学及人才培养路径探讨

Research on the Practice Teaching of Dance Based on Cultural Industry and the Path of Talent Cultivation

伴随着我国舞蹈文化产业的蓬勃发展,舞蹈产业结构日趋多元化,但同时也暴露出相关人才数量短缺、专业知识匮乏以及实践操作能力不足的缺陷。基于文化产业发展视角,从普通高校舞蹈课程体系的合理性调整、课程群的多样化设置等方面展开论述,探索适应舞蹈文化产业发展的课程优化对策,试图加快高校舞蹈人才培养与文化产业发展的契合步伐。

With the flouring development of dancing culture industry in China,lack of relevant talents,poor professional knowledge and deficiency of practical operation abilities are in consistent with gradually diversified dancing industrial structure. This paper elaborates in terms of rational adjustments and various designs of dancing curriculum system in general universities,in order to seek optimized course strategy adapted to the dancing culture industry then make an attempt to realize the correspondence between college dancing education and cultural industrial development.
