一种宽螺纹锥形种植体高扭矩植入后即刻负载的临床研究

The Immediate loading effect of a taper shape and wide screw thread implant with high torque insertion

摘要 目的评价一种宽螺纹锥形种植体高扭矩植入后进行即刻负载的临床效果。方法种植体植入后即刻负载,植入1月、2月、3月时对其周围X线、种植体稳定系数、种植体颈部骨吸收等情况进行评价。结果 1所有即刻负载的种植体在1月、2月、3月时均无松动,种植体周围无X线透影区;2种植体颈部边缘有骨吸收,骨吸收在1月和2月时发生率较高,其中,单冠修复发生率多于固定桥修复(P<0.05);3种植体稳定系数在刚植入时较高、1月时最低、随后又升高,单冠及固定桥修复之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论此种采用高扭矩植入的宽螺纹锥形种植体,进行即刻负载有较好的临床效果,但是其长期成功率还需进一步观察。 Objective To evaluate the immediate loading effect of a taper and wide screw thread implant after insertion with high torque. Methods The apical X-rays,implants stability quotient(ISQ) and bone absorption in cervical sections were examined after 1 month,2 months and 3 months of immediate loading. Results All implants were stable without peri-implant X-ray defect. Bone absorption rate in cervical area happened more in the first 2 months than in the three months', and which was more in single crown restoration than that in fix restorations(P0.05). ISQ decreased at 1 month of loading,and increased at the following second month time. ISQ were no significant difference in single crown and fix restorations(P 0.05). Conclusion Immediate loading of this taper shape and wide screw thread implant with high insertion torque could result in advanced clinical effects. But farther studies are still needed to evaluate the long term effects.
