摘要
合理构建科研能力评价体系,应用层次分析法(AHP)的思想,合理简化其步骤,方便快捷的计算评价对象的权重,并运用模糊综合评价法构建了评估模型.模型具有较高的分辨率,合乎客观实际.
The evaluation system of scientific research ability has been established. The idea of analytic hierarchy process is applied to simplify the procedure,and the weight of evaluation object is convenient and quick to be calculated. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the evaluation model.The model has a high resolution and conforms to the objective reality.
