CH_4/CO_2重整制氢负载型催化剂的制备

摘要 本文以堇青石为载体,硝酸钴、硝酸镍、硝酸镁和硝酸铝为原料,采用共沉淀法制备出了CH_4/CO_2重整制氢负载型催化剂,考察了载体的预处理方式、制备过程p H、Ni-Co-Al-Mg配料比以及老化时间对于催化剂负载量和负载牢固度的影响。结果表明,对堇青石进行酸处理后,采用共沉淀法在pH=8-9,Ni-Co-Al-Mg物质的量比约为1∶2∶5∶9,老化36h左右的条件下可以制得负载量较高、牢固度较好的CH_4/CO_2重整制氢负载催化剂。 In this paper, a series of supported catalysts for CHJC02 reforming to hydrogen were prepared by the coprecipitation method with using cordierite as supporter and Ni(N03)2·6H20, Co(N03)2· 6H20, AI(N03). 9H20 and Mg(N03)2 · 6H20 as raw material. The influences of the pretreatment methods of cordierite, pH, molar ratio of Ni-Co-AI-Mg and aging time on loading amount and firmness of the monolithic catalyst were investigated. The results indicate that the supported catalyst for CH4/C02 reforming to hydrogen with high loading and good firmness can be obtained when the pH value is between 8 and 9, the molar ratio of Ni-Co-A1-Mg is 1 : 2 : 5 : 9 and the aging time is about 36 h with cordierite that was treated by HN03 as supporter.
