城市化对多疣狭口蛙生境影响

The Effect of Urbanization on the Habitat of Kaloula verrucosa

城市的扩张是全球发展的一个大趋势,而这一趋势带来的生态影响已成为生态研究的热点。为了探究昆明城市发展对当地多疣狭口蛙(Kaloula verrucosa)生境的影响,于2008年7月与2009年7月使用样方法对昆明市4个主城区内多疣狭口蛙的生境进行了调查,收集生境中的因子数据,将生境分类后对因子数据进行显著性分析比较,结果显示,不同类型生境间除了水体底质、周边地面高度差、人为活动频率以及水泥覆盖度4项因子差异不显著外,其他因子有显著或极显著差异。根据数据分析结果和实地调查分析的结论显示,昆明的城市化发展会对多疣狭口蛙生境产生不利和有利的影响,不利影响包括导致多疣狭口蛙生境丧失、生境恶化和人为影响加剧,而有利影响包括创造新生境、水面覆盖度增加和水体易于迁出。

Urbanization is a trend of global development;it also causes some issues that become a focus of ecological research.To investigate how urbanization affects the habitat of Kaloula verrucosa,we collected and analyzed habitat use by Kaloula verrucosa in 4 urban areas of Kunming City in July 2008 and July 2009.All factors in different kinds of habitat were significantly different except sediment,height difference,human disturbance and concrete coverage.We conclude that urbanization shows not only negative effects but also some positive effects on the habitat.Negative effects of urbanization on the habitat were habitat deterioration and loss,and increasing human disturbance.Positive effects included creation of new habitat and shelter,increasing water coverage and easy access to land from water.
