The problems of existing inspection and testing methods used in on-site maintenance of TDCS2.0station equipment are analyzed.From the perspective of on-site maintenance,the author discuss how to conduct the inspection and testing in a correct and effective way so as to find and handle the hidden failures of the equipment and to prevent the equipment against failure.
