地铁车辆段轨道电压采集电路设计

摘要 针对车辆段相敏轨道电路,设计一种可靠的轨道电压采集电路,用来在线采集轨道电压,可以作为微机监测等设备的参考电路。轨道电压采集电路基于单片机技术,结合专用电能计算芯片CS5463,通过电压互感器和信号线相连,隔离处理,不影响现场设备正常工作。硬件结构可靠,可通过串口和现场检测设备接口,简化电路,降低现场维护工作量。 As for the phase-detecting track circuit within a car depot,a reliable track voltage sampling circuit has been designed for online data collection of track voltage,which can work as reference circuit for microcomputer monitoring equipment.Based on single chip microcomputer technology and combined with the special power chip CS5463,the rail voltage acquisition circuit is connected to the signal system through a voltage inductor with isolation processing,not affecting the normal working of field equipment.It is of reliable hardware structure and has interface to field detection device via serial port so that the circuit can be simplified and the maintenance workload can also be reduced.
