吉兰-巴雷综合征患者睡眠障碍发生情况及其与脑脊液下丘脑分泌素-1水平的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)患者睡眠障碍发生情况,并分析其与脑脊液下丘脑分泌素-1(HCRT-1)的相关性。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量测评表(PSQI)评价38例GBS患者入院前近1个月的睡眠质量;采用理查德睡眠评分量表(RCSQ)评价患者入院24 h期间的睡眠质量,观察其睡眠障碍发生情况。检测38例患者的脑脊液hcrt-1。结果 38例GBS患者中PSQI评分(9.58±0.82)分,睡眠障碍率65%(25/38),RCSQ评分(59.58±3.26)分,睡眠轻度异常率45%(17/38),高度异常率为47%(18/38)。按照RCSQ>66分将GBS患者分为出现睡眠障碍者18例、睡眠正常者12例,脑脊液hcrt-1水平分别为(37.03±3.90)、(50.37±5.57)ng/L,二者比较,P<0.05;按照PSQI>11分将GBS患者分为出现睡眠障碍者24例、睡眠正常者6例,脑脊液hcrt-1水平分别为(37.85±3.40)、(54.69±6.92)ng/L,二者比较,P<0.05。相关性分析结果显示,RCSQ、PSQI评分和脑脊液hcrt-1水平均成负相关(r分别为-0.95、-0.94,P均<0.05)。结论 GBS患者发生睡眠障碍几率较高,可能与脑脊液HCRT-1水平变化有关。
