摘要
面对"四个全面"战略布局,用什么样的原则考准考实领导干部的"德"是组织人事部门必须要审慎解决的重大问题。加强和改进干部德的考核评价体系的建设,必须要坚持"四个维度"的统一,即坚持"德才兼备、以德为先"的原则,坚持标准的现实性和历史性相结合的原则,坚持公开公正与以人为本相结合的原则,坚持试点探索与总结推广相结合的原则。
Facing with the "four comprehensive"strategic layout,what kind of principle to test the"morality"of leading cadres is an important issue that must be solved by the organization and personnel department.To strengthen and improve the construction of the evaluation system of cadres,we must adhere to the unity of"four dimensions",adhere to the"have both ability and political integrity to Germany for the first"principle,adhere to the principle of combining the reality of the standard and the historical,adhere to the principle of openness and respect for the protection of human rights,adhere to the principle of combination of pilot exploration and summary promotion.
