血液净化技术在妊娠合并急性中毒患者治疗中的应用效果

Applied efficacy of blood purification in pregnant patients with acute poisoning

【目的】观察血液净化技术在治疗妊娠期合并急性中毒中的安全性。【方法】12例妊娠期合并急性中毒患者,给予血液净化治疗(血浆吸附灌流和/或血液滤过),观察治疗前后APACHE II、GCS评分及相关化验指标,同时观察和随访胎儿情况。【结果】患者均痊愈,并无治疗期间出血、流产、胎儿死亡等并发症(除1例患者治疗前已出现胎儿死亡),并有3名患者继续妊娠,随访提示婴儿健康。【结论】本研究初步临床观察提示血液净化技术可作为妊娠合并急性中毒患者的治疗选择之一,但由于研究例数较少,其安全性和实用性有待进一步研究。

[Objective]To observe the safety of blood purification in pregnant patients with acute poisoning. [Methods] A total of 12 pregnant women with acute poisoning were selected. They were treated with blood purification （hemoperfusion and/or hemodialysis）. APACHE II score, GCS score and related laboratory indicators were measured before and after the treatment. The fetuses were observed and followed up. [ Results ] All patients recovered and had no complications during the treatment such as bleeding, abortion and fetal death （except 1 case who had the dead fetus before the treatment）. There were 3 patients who continued the pregnancy and the follow-up indicated that the babies were healthy. [Conclusion] The preliminary clinical observation revealed that blood purification could be chosen to treat pregnant patients with acute poisoning. However, because the cases were less, its safety and applicability should be further studied.
