骨质疏松骨折患者应用整体护理干预的优越性研究

The advantages of holistic nursing intervention in osteoporotic fracture

【目的】研究并探讨骨质疏松性骨折应用整体护理干预的优越性,为骨质疏松性骨折患者的临床护理提供可靠的参考依据。【方法】2013年1月至2015年12月,选取该阶段内我院收治的100例骨质疏松性骨折患者作为此次研究的对象,采取计算机随机分组法将这100例患者分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施整体护理干预。比较两组患者的生活质量评分、护理满意度,干预前后的睡眠质量指数、焦虑评分、抑郁评分。【结果】与干预前比较,干预后对照组和观察组的睡眠质量指数、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显降低(P<0.05),但干预后观察组的各项评分较对照组降低并差异更显著(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量总评分为(80.24±6.71)分,较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为96%,较对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。【结论】在骨质疏松性骨折患者中,实施整体护理干预措施具有显著的护理效果,可有效改善患者的心理状况、睡眠质量、生活质量,同时,还能有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

[Objective] To explore the advantages of holistic nursing intervention in osteoporotic fracture, and provide reliable references for clinical nursing in patients with osteoporotic fracture. [Methods] A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic fracture in our hospital were selected from January 2013 to December 2015. They were divided into control group and observation group by computer random grouping method, 50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention, and those in observation group were treated with holistic nursing intervention. The score of life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The sleep quality index, anxiety score and depression score in both groups were analyzed before and after the intervention. [ Results ] The sleep quality index, anxiety score and depression score after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention （P〈0.05）, while these scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after the intervention （P〈0.05）. The total scores of life quality in observation group were （80.24 ＋ 6.71） points, which were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 96%, which was also significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The holistic nursing intervention in patients with osteoporotic fracture is of significant nursing effect. It can effectively improve the patients＇ psychological status, sleep quality, life quality and their satisfaction to nursing service.
