摘要
随着职业标准化进程的推进,图书馆员的职业规范与服务标准成为行业探讨的热点。分析了图书馆员公关服务范式的研究现状,通过分析读者服务的全过程,具体论述了图书馆员的观念维度、事实维度、传播沟通维度的相关概念、重要内容及关键因素。
With the development of professional standardization, librarian's professional standards and service standards have become a hot topic in library world. This paper analyzes the research status of librarian's PR service paradigm, and through analyzing the whole process of the reader service, discusses in detail the related concepts, important contents and key factors of librarian's concept dimension, fact dimension and dissemination/communication dimension.
