With the development of professional standardization, librarian＇s professional standards and service standards have become a hot topic in library world. This paper analyzes the research status of librarian＇s PR service paradigm, and through analyzing the whole process of the reader service, discusses in detail the related concepts, important contents and key factors of librarian＇s concept dimension, fact dimension and dissemination/communication dimension.
