我国高校图书馆基于SNS的拓展服务现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on the Current Situation of SNS-based Expansion Service of Chinese University Libraries

通过对国内116家高校图书馆SNS拓展服务现状的问卷调查、相关高校图书馆网站调查以及CNKI的文献统计分析,从开通服务的方式、平台、服务内容、提供的功能等方面揭示了我国高校基于SNS的拓展服务的现状,并提出了图书馆开展基于SNS的拓展服务仍需深入研究和思考关于需求、效果、隐私和安全等在内的几个问题,这是高校图书馆基于SNS的拓展服务得以进一步推广和深化的基础。

Through the questionnaire survey of the current situation of SNS expansion service of 116 university libraries of China, the survey of related university library websites and statistical analysis of CNKI literature, this paper reveals the current situation of SNS-based expansion service of Chinese university libraries from the aspects of service＇s providing modes, platforms, contents, and functions, etc., and puts forward some issues including the demand, effect, privacy, and security, etc. that require in-depth study and consideration of university libraries to develop SNS-based expansion service,which is the basis of further promoting and deepening the SNS-based expansion service of university libraries.
