With today＇s rapid development of information technology, the hospital library, which wants to adapt to time＇s development and internal and external demands, must seek a new service mode. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the practice of hospital library＇s modernized management such as the lack of collection resources＇ co-construction and sharing, the deficiency of librarians＇ professional quality, and the lag behind of digital construction, etc.,and expounds the development trends and advantages of hospital library＇s modernized management, and puts forward some concrete measures for promoting hospital library＇s modernized management.
