摘要
分层服务承认并重视用户间的差异存在,突出服务重点。分层服务可以解决高校图书馆馆员服务能力差的问题,充分了解不同层次用户的不同需求,合理配置资源。从用户分层、需求分层、资源分层、服务分层4个方面提出了分层服务的措施,以期为高校图书馆的分层服务构建提供借鉴和参考。
Layered service, which acknowledges and values the differences existing among users, highlights the focal points of service. Layered service can be used to solve the poor service ability of university librarians, fully understand the different needs of different users, and conduct rational allocation of resources. This paper puts forward some measures for carrying out the layered service from four aspects of user layer, demand layer, resource layer and service layer in order to provide the reference for the establishment of the layered service of university library.
