This paper briefly introduces the current situation of opening the Sina Weibo in university libraries in Liaoning Province, and taking the micro-service of the library of Liaoning University as an example, expounds the application status of micro-service in reference service, and puts forward some matters need attention in integrating the micro service into the reference service.
