摘要
社区O2O作为解决最后一公里的重要环节,目标在于完善生活场景,解决复合性、高效性需求,将O2O服务真正与居民生活环境相融合。随着互联网经济的发展,人们的生活方式和消费诉求发生了相应转变,为了实现社区空间形式与未来生活消费方式的高度统一,该文对适应O2O商业环境下的社区建筑空间发展模式进行初步探讨并提出社区未来发展的若干可行方向。主要通过开放社区公共资源、优化社区商业配套设施结构以及提升居民自治管理能力三个方面进行论述。
Community is the entrance to the last mile of the 020 services. The 020 service and the living environment of the residents should be well integrated, in order to improve the living environment, and solve the complex and efficiency needs. With the development of Internet economy, people's life style and consumption demands have changed. In order to achieve the high consistency of the community space form and the future life consumption patterns, we discuss the development model of community building space under the 020 business environment and put forward some feasible directions for the future development of the community, which mainly contain three aspects such as opening public resources, optimizing the business environment of the community and improving the relationship between the residents.
