摘要
近年来,网上开始出现了许多点评反馈类的网站,作为消费场所的剧院建筑也成为了点评对象。随着时间增长,在这些网站上积累的点评数据会越来越多,使得观众对剧场的评价情况能够更好地被我们了解。该文首次把大众点评网的点评数据与剧院使用后评价结合起来,并以武汉琴台大剧院为例,通过数据处理和分析,得到观众二个评价结果:关注度评价结果和满意度评价结果。最后,在结果分析基础上提出剧院设计的一些建议。
There are more and more consumer review sites in recent years, by which the amount of review data grows day by day, making it possible for us to know how the people think of the theater. For the first time, we connect the comments on DaZhongDianPing website with the POE of theater. Taking the Qintai Grand Theatre of Wuhan as an example, by a series of data selection and analysis, we get the POE of people's satisfaction and concentration. Finally, some suggestions about theater design are made.
