基于多元场景、复合维度理念的城市滨水区设计——以通州区通吕运河一河两岸城市设计为例

Urban Design of Urban Waterfront Area Based on Multiple Scene and Complex Dimension:A Case of Urban Design of Tonglu Canal in Tongzhou District

城市滨水区是承载城市生活的重要区域,也是城市设计重点关注的命题。该文在分析城市滨水区的发展历程与趋势的基础上,结合通州区通吕运河一河两岸城市设计项目实践,提出基于多元场景、复合维度理念的城市滨水区设计思路。重点关注主题式场景设计以及对功能维度、产业维度、文化维度、空间维度、交通维度等多个维度的复合发展控制。实现通吕运河在城市拓展中从"边界"到"轴线"的角色转变。希望对同类地区的城市设计有借鉴意义。

Urban waterfront area is an important area of urban life, and is also a hot research topic for urban design. On the basis of analyzing the developing history and trend of urban waterfront, we put forward the idea of city waterfront design based on multiple scene and complex dimension, combining the practice of the urban design of Tonglu Canal in Tongzhou District. We focus on the theme of the scene design and the function dimension, the industrial dimension, the cultural dimension, the space dimension, traffic dimension and other dimensions of the composite development control. We achieve the change of the Tonglu canal from the boundary to the axis in the context of city expansion in order to provide the enlightenment for the urban design of the similar areas.
