周山头中国传统村落保护规划刍议

Brief Research on Zhou Shantou Traditional Chinese Village Protecting Planning

中国传统村落周山头村始建南宋、以耕读传家、雕刻精致华丽,从历史价值、文化价值、艺术价值三方面来研究具有普遍意义。面对经济衰退、人口外迁,建筑无人居住的现状,急需对周山头传统村落做出保护规划,首先划定重点保护的核心区和建筑控制地带进行分级保护规划;根据建筑历史文化价值不同,分五大类修复保护;对村落价值有影响的历史要素分类保护以及公共空间的重组规划。整个规划以保护为主,兼顾旅游发展,使村落重建发展模式。

Chinese traditional village Zhou Shantou village was built in southern Song Dynasty, with farming and reading, delicate and luxuriant carving, has universal significance from three aspects of historical value, cultural value and artistic value. In the face of economic recession, outward movement of population, and house empty, Zhou Shantou village needs to act protection planning, first of all, we designate key protection core and grade protection planning for construction control zone; according to the construction of different historical and cultural value, we have five big class repair protection and the value classification protection and the restructuring of the public space planning. Giving priority to protection with tourism development, we can make the village reconstruct the development model.
