不同抗稻曲病水稻品种的RGA分析

摘要 利用抗病基因同源序列的原理对34份水稻品系进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:引物XLRR for/XLRR rev和Pto-kin1/Pto-kin2扩增的RGA序列具有丰富的多态性。供试材料的抗性鉴定表明,34份参试材料对稻曲病的抗性表现出明显差异,病穗率范围为0%~35.4%,抗性从抗到高感。聚类分析结果表明,在遗传相似系数为0.73时,34个水稻品种可分为5类,但与水稻材料的抗感水平没有明显的对应关系。 Thirty-four rice lines' genetic diversity was analyzed by using resistance gene analogue (RGA) principle. The results showed that abundant RGA polymorphism was observed by using primers XLRR for/XLRR rev and Pto-kinl/Pto-kin2. And there was significant different in the resistance to rice false smut among tested lines with the diseased panicle rate range of 0-35.4% and the resistance to rice false smut in the range of resistance to highly susceptibility. The clustering analysis result showed that thirty-four rice lines could be divided into 5 groups at the genetic similar coefficient 0.73, however their resistant levels couldn't be distinguished from RGA analysis.
