摘要
采用5×5不完全双列杂交的方法 ,分析杂交水稻亲本9个主要农艺性状的遗传力、配合力及F1的优势表现,得到如下结论:杂交组合各性状竞争优势大小在母本方面以加性效应为主,在父本方面除穗长、结实率以加性效应为主外,其余性状以非加性效应为主,所以需用具有较高的一般配合力和特殊配合力的亲本,才能配组出强优势的杂交组合;杂交稻配组强优势同时受到亲本的一般配合力和特殊配合力控制。一般配合力与母本自身的表现值呈极显著正相关;各性状的狭义遗传力由大到小的趋势是:播始历期>穗长>千粒重>每穗实粒数>每穗总实粒数>单株粒重>结实率>单株有效穗>株高。
The combining ability and heritability of 9 major agronomic characters of 10 rice parents and their F 1 heterosis were analyzed by the 5x5 NC ]/genetic mating design .The results showed that the additive effect was principally played an important role in all characters in female parents, while the non-additive effect was larger in all characters but Panicle Length(PL) and Seeds Setting Rate(SSR) in male parent. Thus,to get the breeding strong advantage of hybrid combinations, must choose the parents with high general combining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA). The advantages of hybrid rice were influenced by both general combining ability (GCA)and special combining ability(SCA), and the general combining ability (GCA) had significant positive correlation with the performance of the female parent. The narrow sense heritability ranged from high to low as following order as DIH, PL,TWG,PSP, SP, GWESSR,NETP and PH,respectively.
