摘要
储能系统与风电场联合运行,不但可减小风电场的弃风,还可参与电网的辅助服务。以风储电站的总收益最大为目标,考虑储能用于减小弃风和参与电网二次调频服务,建立了电池储能系统和风电场联合运行的优化模型。该模型考虑了电池寿命损耗和储能剩余电量水平对调频表现的影响。通过约束转换,将模型转换为易于求解的混合整数线性规划问题。基于实际风电场运行数据设计算例并进行仿真分析,结果表明所提出的方法可有效提高储能的利用率和风储联合体的效益。
Joint operation of energy storage and wind farm not only can reduce wind curtailment but also enables wind-storage system to provide ancillary services. In this paper a model dealing with optimal operation of wind-storage union to reduce wind curtailment and participate in secondary frequency regulation is proposed to maximize total revenue of wind-storage union. Energy storage aging cost and influence of state of charge on regulation performance are also considered in the model. By constrain conversion, the model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming(MILP) problem which could be solved efficiently. Simulations are carried out based on historical data. Test results show the proposed method can increase utilization ratio and revenue of wind-storage union.
