摘要
开绕组拓扑在中压大功率变频驱动领域具有较好的优势。针对独立直流母线双三电平中点嵌位式(dual-three-level neutral point clamped,Dual-3L-NPC)串联结构,分析了其数学模型和矢量构成方式,提出了基于单相零序电压和三相零序电压联合注入的正弦脉宽调制(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM)调制方式,单相零序电压的注入改变单个变流器空间位置,但2组变流器矢量叠加后仍然保持合成矢量位置不变。以单相零序电压和三相零序电压为手段,分别实现最近三矢量为目标和损耗最优为目标的调制策略。仿真和实验结果证明了调制策略的可行性和有效性。
Open-end winding topology reflects an advantage in MV high power field for AC drives. Based on dual 3L-NPC converter with isolated DC link topology, mathematical model and space vector distribution are analyzed, and single-phase zero sequence voltage and three-phase zero sequence voltage united injection SPWM strategy is presented. Single-phase zero sequence voltage changes space position of each converter, but resultant vector of two converters added is unchanged. Single-phase zero sequence voltage and three-phase zero sequence voltage can be used to realize the nearest three vector and optimal loss modulation strategies. Simulation and experiment results confirm value of this modulation strategy.
