摘要
以异十三醇和环氧乙烷为原料,经CH_3OK催化乙氧基化反应合成了异十三醇聚氧乙烯醚-7(简称E1307),以解决目前宽分布产品的低温透明度和润湿力不敌窄分布产品的问题。考察了碱催化乙氧基化反应条件对E1307品质,特别是对最低透明温度和润湿力的影响。结果表明,原料水分残留量和催化剂用量对产品品质的影响较大。异十三醇在100℃抽真空除水分1 h,用占异十三醇质量0.3%的CH_3OK催化剂在0.3 MPa和120℃进行乙氧基化反应,得到E1307,其最低透明温度为10℃,润湿力为163 s。
Isotridecanol polyoxyethylene-7 ether( E1307) was synthesized via ethoxylation of isotridecanol with ethylene oxide( EO) catalyzed by CH_3OK to solve poor transparency under low temperature and wetting force of the products with a broad distribution of EO. The effect of the reaction parameters on the product quality,especially the minimum transparent temperature and wetting force,was investigated. The results showed that the water residue of isotridecanol and the catalyst dosage were two main influence factors. After water was removed from isotridecanol under vacuum at 100 ℃ for 1h,the ethoxylation of isotridecanol was carried out in the presence of 0. 3% mass fraction of CH_3OK( based on isotridecanol) under 0. 3 MPa,at 120 ℃,and the obtained E1307 had a minimum transparent temperature of 10 ℃ and a wetting force of 163 s.
