摘要
以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为促进剂,取代肉桂酸与SOCl2在0℃反应20 min,再加入吗啉在25℃反应7 h,合成了9个取代肉桂酰吗啉(Ⅰ~Ⅸ),产率81.6%~95.4%。其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、IR和MS确证。提出了DMAc促进取代肉桂酰吗啉合成反应的机理。
A series of cinnamyl morpholine( Ⅰ ~ Ⅸ) were synthesized by acylating chlorination of substituted cinnamic acids with thionyl chloride in N,N-dimethylacetamide( DMAc) at 0 ℃ for 20 min,followed by amidation in situ with morpholine at 25 ℃ for 7 h. The yields of Ⅰ ~ Ⅸ were between81. 6% and 95. 4%. The structures of compounds obtained were confirmed by1 HNMR,13CNMR,IR and MS. The reaction mechanism of the DMAc-promoted synthesis of substituted cinnamyl morpholine was put forward.
