长江经济带产业发展方式要向质量效率型转型,发展模式要向资源节约型和环境友好型转型,发展目标要向可持续发展转型。以转型升级实现长江经济带产业绿色发展应从调整长江经济带能源供应结构、推动长江经济带现代农业生态化发展、推动长江经济带传统工业高端化发展、推动长江经济带战略性新兴产业规模化发展、推动长江经济带现代服务业智能化发展五方面着手。以协调发展实现长江经济带产业绿色发展应从着力构建长江经济带中上游绿色承接产业转移模式、依据资源环境承载力着力优化长江经济带产业布局、着力构建跨区域的横向生态补偿机制三方面着手。

For the industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the development pattern should be shifted to quality and efficiency, the development mode should be transformed to a resource-saving and environmentally- friendly way and the development goal should be converted to sustainable development. On the one hand, to realize the industry green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt through transformation and upgrading, we should adjust its energy supply structure, facilitate the ecological development of modern agriculture, foster the high-end development of traditional industries, propel the scale development of strategic emerging industries and promote the intelligent development of modern service industries. On the other hand, to achieve the industry green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt through coordinated development, we ought to establish the mode of green industrial undertaking transfer in the upper and middle Yangtze River Economic Belt, optimize the industrial distribution according to the carrying capacity of resources and environment and construct transversal cross-region mechanisms for ecological compensation.
