文章介绍了一种假性刚挠结合板及其开发和生产工艺技术,该特种印制板产品能实现部分刚挠结合板功能,具有制作成本低廉、周期短、制程简单等特点,一定程度上可作为刚挠结合板的替代产品,从而满足客户的要求。
This paper introduced a pseudo Rigid-Flex PCB and its development and production technologies. This special PCB product can realize parts of functions of the Rigid-Flex PCB and has the features of low cost, short cycle, simple manufacture procedure and process, etc., which can be the substitutes for the Rigid- Flex PCB and meet customer＇s requirements to some extent.
