摘要
用荧光光谱法研究了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)对常见金属离子的荧光识别性能,发现在适当的条件下,OP-10对Hg^(2+)呈现出高选择性荧光猝灭响应,猝灭常数为Ksv=2 112 L·mol-1.在OP-10浓度为2.0 mmol·L-1,p H值为4.1的BR缓冲溶液中,等浓度的Hg^(2+)使其在320 nm处的荧光强度降低86%.基于上述荧光猝灭作用,建立了一种新的Hg^(2+)荧光检测方法.OP-10的荧光强度与Hg^(2+)浓度在0.1×10^(-4)~4.4×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.996 8.检出限为49 nmol·L-1.该荧光试剂OP-10可用于水样中Hg^(2+)的检测.
The recognizing property of OP-10 in the presence of common metal ions was investigated by fluorescence spectrometry.The fluorescence intensity of OP-10 was selective quenched with Hg^2+ under appropriate conditions and the quenched constant was 2 112 L·mol-1. On addition of 2.0 mmol·L-1 Hg^2+,the fluorescence intensity of OP-10 in BR buffered aqueous solution(p H 4.1) was quenched about 86%.Based on the above mentioned,a new method was built for fluorescence detecting Hg^2+.The calibration graph is linear over the range of 0.1×10^-4~4.4×10^-4mol·L-1(linearly dependent coefficient:R2 = 0.996 8).The detection limit was calculated to be 49 nmol·L-1.The fluorescent reagent OP-10 can detect Hg^2+ in water samples.
