摘要 文章从基础教育、职业教育和高等教育三个层面对云南人口较少民族的教育问题进行分析,发现影响人口较少民族教育发展的主要因素有三个:生产生活方式落后、思想观念传统守旧和社会发育程度低,但归根结底这些因素都指向一个主要的致贫因素,即教育落后带来的贫困文化因素。人口较少民族最首要和根本的是进行教育扶贫,在深入分析教育问题和问题原因后,结合党的十八届五中全会提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念,对人口较少民族地区教育扶贫做了针对性探讨。 This paper makes an analysis of the education of Yunnan minority nationalities with small population in terms of the basic education, vocational education and higher education. It is found that there are three main factors that affect the develop- ment of their education : the backward modes of production and life, traditional old - fashioned ideas, and low social development level, which all point to one main cause of poverty, cultural poverty brought about by the backwardness of education. Thus, pov- erty alleviation work in minorities with small population is, first and foremost, educational aid. Finally, guided by the five devel- opment ideas proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the CPC 18th National Congress (i. e. innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing) , the paper puts forward some targeted measures to solve the educational problems of ethnic minorities with small population.
