叉头框蛋白M1和ADAM17在乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨叉头框蛋白M1(Forkhead box protein M1,Fox M1)与解聚素-金属蛋白酶17(adisintegrin and metalloproteinase17,ADAM17)在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫印迹(Western blot)法检测浸润性乳腺癌(乳腺癌组)、乳腺纤维腺瘤(乳腺纤维腺瘤组)、正常乳腺组织(对照组)新鲜标本各7例。结果:乳腺纤维腺瘤组中Fox M1及ADAM17蛋白表达水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组中Fox M1及ADAM17蛋白表达水平较乳腺纤维腺瘤组高(P<0.01)。在乳腺癌组中Fox M1和ADAM17蛋白的表达呈正相关性(r=0.68,P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌中Fox M1和ADAM17呈高表达,两者存在正相关性,且其表达强度明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织及正常乳腺组织。
