内蒙古地区人纤维蛋白原β-249C/T基因多态性与冠心病的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨内蒙古地区人群β纤维蛋白原-249C/T(Fgβ-249C/T)基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的相关性。方法:运用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多肽性方法检测冠心病组120例(其中急性冠脉综合征72例,稳定性心绞痛48例),正常对照组60例的纤维蛋白原β-249C/T基因多态性,并测定入选患者的纤维蛋白原水平。分析Fgβ-249C/T与纤维蛋白原及冠心病的相关性。结果:Fgβ-249C等位基因频率在冠心病组为0.413,对照组为0.442差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性冠脉综合CC型、CT型基因频率(0.30,0.46)高于稳定性心绞痛组(0.10,0.36),差异有统计学意义。冠心病组中CC型、CT型血浆Fg浓度高于TT型差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Fgβ-249C/T与冠心病的发病无关,但C等位基因能够升高冠心病患者血浆Fg水平,增加急性冠脉综合征的发病率。
