创业型领导、战略柔性与公司企业家精神关系

摘要 基于战略创业理论、高阶理论,探讨了影响新创企业的公司企业家精神的两个重要因素:创业型领导与战略柔性,同时依据动态能力理论对战略柔性的细分,将资源柔性、能力柔性作为中介变量引入到创业型领导与公司企业家精神的关系中,并对239个样本数据进行了实证分析。结果表明:创业型领导、战略柔性对公司企业家精神有显著的正向影响;资源柔性、能力柔性在创业型领导与公司企业家精神的关系中起到部分中介的作用;能力柔性的个别中介效应与资源柔性的个别中介效应没有显著性差异。 Based on the theory of entrepreneurial strategy and upper echelons theory, the paper discusses two important factors of entrepreneurial leadership: strategic flexibility and corporate entrepreneurship. It also dis- cusses resources flexibility and capacity flexibility based on dynamic capability theory about the division of strategic flexibility, added to the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and corporate entrepreneurship as media- tors. We analyzed the data of 239 samples. The results show that entrepreneurial leadership and strategic flexibility have a significant positive impact on corporate entrepreneurship; resources flexibility and capacity flexibility are partial mediator variables in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and corporate entrepreneurship. There is no significant difference between the individual mediating effect of the ability flexibility and resource flexi- bility base on our statistical results.
