劳动分工视角下高校教学管理改革研究

摘要 目前我国高等教育已从以规模扩张为核心的阶段转入以质量提升为核心的阶段,保障教学质量成为高校的工作重点,而提高教学管理效率是提升教学质量的重要前提。当前高校教学管理尚存在队伍结构单一、层级权责失衡、内容缺乏弹性及人资缺少活力等劳动分工问题,需从管理组织的民主性提升、管理模式的深入优化、管理工作的弹性化设计以及管理队伍的人本建设等方面进行变革。 Currently the higher education in China has turned from the stage centered on scale expansion into the stage focused on quality promotion, so the key emphasis in colleges and universities' work is to guarantee the teach- ing quality which is premised on improving the efficiency of teaching management. The present division of labor problems like the lack of management pluralism, balance, flexibility and vitality still exist in the teaching manage- ment of colleges and universities, which means the management organization should be promoted democratically, the management mode optimized deeply, the management work designed elastically, and the management team con- structed based on humanity.
